Gyuto - Stainless Damascus

1,980.00

This expertly crafted, high performance gyuto knife is a traditional Japanese "chef" knife style. This style is great for many uses in the kitchen from slicing meats to beets.

I am one of a handful of kitchen knife makers in the world forging stainless damascus in-house. Stainless damascus fuses the high-end custom knife experience with the practicality that stainless steel offers. This steel combination combines the easy maintenance of stainless steel with the luxury of knowing that the knife was made entirely by one craftsman.
