I'll have a table there with a few items that will be posted here.
160mm Nakiri in 52100 with Black Lacewood and Spalted Maidou Burl
240mm Western Gyuto in 52100 with Copper, G10, and Black Lacewood.

The hamon is begining to show after grinding.
After hand finishing and an acid bath the hamon is really starting to pop.
The bolster is almost completely shaped but needs fine tuning with a little hand carving.
The basic shape of the handle is cut-out.
The taper is in and the sides are rounded.
The handle is finished and a quick buff is done.
All done!
This suji was sold and the new custom sent it in to be shortened, a change in the blade profile and to get a saya. I'll be putting some pics up for reference.
This is the original.
Just unpacked from the new owner.
Post profile change.
I'll have some nakiris in the store soon. They will be in AEB-L and 1095 with an edge length of 160mm and a heel height of 50mm ground thin.
